But like all good satire, it started with something very real.
This week I read about yet another expectation being added to the modern woman’s CV: apparently, even our most intimate parts are now expected to remain “young”. It has to look 35…

And I thought… of course.

Because being successful, present, beautiful, fit, calm, financially independent, emotionally available, well-rested and spectacular in every department apparently wasn’t enough.

I love beauty. I love taking care of myself. This isn’t criticism of women who choose treatments.
It’s a question about the ever-expanding job description.

How many boxes does the modern woman need to tick before she finally qualifies?
