A couple of weeks ago I was pampered with a facial treatment at L. Raphael in the famous Rue du Rhône in Geneva.

It is a not a spa as we would imagine… it is luxurious, it is exclusive…. It is an urban Spa…Several floors covering from hair styling to the highest technology of facial and body treatment.
Amongst many unique treatments developed after several years of research, L.Raphael developed the famous Oxygen facial… the treatment consists in exposing the face tissues and cells to a high pressure jet of oxygen, which allows the cells to react quicker to the exclusive formulas being applied to the face through the different masks. An important component of the whole treatment is that the masks vary in temperature, from extreme cold to extreme hot…
My personal experience was amazing… I got there on a Thursday, after an almost whole week of work and running around… although I had make up on, I could see I looked tired…. and I felt tired too…
90 minutes later… the fairy Isabella turned this Valentina, without make up into a Hollywood Diva… the skin looked fresh and I looked relaxed… I felt relaxed too.
Ok, 90 minutes for myself is already a good starting point to look more relaxed but the treatment in itself was very revitalising… the face massage, the high pressure jet, the various masks made me really feel good and look good.
I did not tell my husband that I had gone and when I came home he immediately noted something was different… that I looked fresh!
