Restaurant L’Aparté

These last two weeks have been crazy… I have been all over the place…. too many events to go… not that I am complaining, on the contrary… I looooove it!

If you are in Geneva and want to get a bit outside of what comes in mind straight away as Swiss cuisine… you must try the restaurant L’Aparté… it far from the stereotype…fondue and Raclette….

The concept is very interesting: an intimate restaurant, 15 seats only, with dishes prepared for the day, with special ingredients chosen on that same day, in accordance with the season and availability…

The restaurant is within the Royal Hotel, on the side of the bistrot restaurant – the proposal is to enjoy a gastronomic meal with intimacy  and exclusivity…http://www.hotelroyalgeneva.com

I had the pleasure to be invited to enjoy the Breton Lobster… I love lobster and I must confess I was very anxious to try 5 different dishes that the chef was proposing to us…  Everything was delicious… and the other guests were also extremely interesting which turned to be a great evening…. getting to know Mr. Pimi was the cherry in the cake… a celebrity radio speaker of Geneva…if you do not know who he is…listen to  Le bonheur a N’vY, every Thursday at 17h…

Unfortunately time passes quick when you have fun and the evening ended with the idea of a Pijama party… ah, what would that be??? I will only tell you in another post….

xx Valentina
