I love Coxinhas

WHO IN THE WORLD DOES NOT LOVE COXINHAS?????

NO??? YES???? IF THE ANSWER IS NO,  YOU MUST FIND OUT!!!

It is a Brazilian specialty made of fried dough and chicken… Yummy! it is just so good… my mouth is watering now!!! The name means little thigh, as the shape of it is supposed to remind of a little thigh… only Brazilians can look at this and imagine a little thigh… check out below…

Have you been to a Brazilian kids party??? They are the event of the year, so exquisite and sophisticated they can be…this is a topic for another post, but coxinhas along side with pão de queijo are the most popular delicacies… You can also find coxinhas anywhere, they are that kind of delicacy you eat when you need a snack, or as a starter of a meal…
