3 Years – 01 December 2018

I am sitting at my kitchen table…. thinking how I could express myself in a concise way but also in the right way to demonstrate all the feelings I have for the 3 years anniversary of this blog.

First, it seems that it all started yesterday… but surprisingly, it seems that I have been on this journey all my life…

I confess it is not always easy… especially when it comes to time management… You know by now that I work 5 days a week, I have 2 children and a husband that need me (and support me too), I CrossFit 2 to 3 times a week and I blog and Instagram…

People often ask me if I sleep and my answer is… not as much as I should…

But… I am happy…

Happy with all the blog has been bringing to me… each interaction, each new person I meet , each question from a follower, each new product I discover, each event I attend…

Sometimes I feel frustrated too… questioning myself if I am doing it right, if I am giving my best…

I know and I feel that I am just in the beginning and for that I ask you patience… I am still learning and I think it will take me a long time to figure it out…. if ever…

Throughout the process I have made mistakes… I corrected the course… but…

There is so much to learn, so many people to meet, so much to discover and experience… I promise… mostly will be shared with you.

My deepest and sincerest thank you for the support, comments, criticism, likes, shares and views…

I do it for me… but also and very much for you… The blog has been read in more than 150 countries around the globe… It just blows my mind away, that my words are being read and my photos are being seen in the most distant parts of the world. Sometimes when I see a hit from a very distant country, I wonder who that is and how its life is… I will never know, but the fact that I reached so far is a gift that I could never be able to thank you enough.

Another year starts… new chalenges, new places, new experiences, new people… I just cannot wait!
