My life is revolving around eating… You noted this by now, right???… So many posts about food and restaurants… I tell you… to keep the waistline fine is a herculean task…
I am sure you have heard of this restaurant before… It is the old and famous Tsé Yang restaurant… Who has not heard of it when it is located at a landmark hotel in Geneva, the Kempinski Hotel???
The Tsé Young realised it was actually getting old and needed a new face, a not really botox. Then, the Lòu one was born… Same location but new everything… New decoration, new menu… New flavours, new clients.
The restaurant is now young and trendy… With a very sophisticated menu and a STUNNING view of the Geneva lake (of course this has not changed and it cannot change, but in a sunny day like the day I went, it changes you mood not to say it may save your day).
I was spoiled by the staff with their impeccable hospitality mixing the Swiss tradition and Chinese courtesy.
I was offered a proper banquet… Spring rolls, dumplings, shrimp toast, followed by spiced chicken and fried rice and… also… the Star of the menu… the Sichuan beef…
This Sichuan beef is tooooo good… Small strips of beef, crusty like chips… I could not stop eating…. I have to go back there and have more… You can never get enough…

As I do not wish to sin on my own I strongly recommend you go there and taste all this… If it is any consolation… You will keep going back to sin again…
