London Calling

There is always something to do in London… And every time I am there I discover something new…

This time I went for the grand finale of the London Fashion week… I could check on the tendencies that will come for autumn winter 2017… Loads of colours, florals, lace dresses and naked shoulders… I was pleased to see that that 80% pleases my eyes, senses and taste… I left the show with the wish to wear a lot of it…

I loooooveeee colour! No problem with orange, pink or turquoise…

Also another big trend is the Pijama style… I love it… A silk set will be seen a lot out there…

London this time was not only the fashion week… I had the chance to go for dinner at Loulou’s,  the most exclusive private club of London… Access only with the member and if the member is present…  I am not a member and I would like to thank a good friend for organising the dinner and making it possible…

Loulou’s as you would expect is BEAUTIFUL! Loads of small rooms extremely well decorated in the best of the British style… Various bars and different restaurants throughout the club… The atmosphere of the place is super chique but also very animated…. Beautiful people and loads of flutes of champagne circulate around the rooms… Photos are not allowed  for privacy reasons and staff is very strict with it…

Shopping was also part of this trip… Not that I needed anything… But you never need anything to go shopping in London… I visited some classics to the British Capital such as Fortum & Mason for tea, truffles and biscuits; Liberty of London for British porcelains;Caty Kidston for floral and girly stuff. I also made a pit stop at Disney Store for a Cars Tshirt for my son…

A positive discover this time was a place called SKETCH…  Thank to my friend that travelled with me and sleeps late…The funny thing is that I always pass in front of the door at Conduit Street and never realised it was there… SKETCH is a gastronomic playground, with two restaurants, a tea room and a lounge bar… All places very differently decorated… Cool and funky.. Strongly recommend a visit and cocktail!
