London vibes
A girly two days break… This is what I had planned for this summer… Not always things go your way and I had a wonderful time off with my husby…and he enjoyed all of it…
The trip was planned around my Harry Potter Theatre tickets… As I teen I had read the 7 Harry Potter books and I could not resist to see the play in London…
As my daughter says it is AWESOME… I am not going to say anything about it as I am under Hogwards oath to keep the secret!
The play is in two part and altogether they last more than 5 Hours… Must say that I got so into it that I did not feel it…
Well going back to our day, I had planned to start the day at the British Museum to attend the exposition on the Egyptian sunken cities… Can you believe that archaeologists have just discovered two sunken cities not very far from Alexandria… They have reviewed only 15% of what thy had discovered and the pieces are almost intact… These cities flourished when the Greeks, under Alexander the Great ruled Egypt and it shows the connections between the two civilizations… A MUST see if you are in London until September…
After that my husby took me to eat in a very trendy restaurant at Charlotte Street… It is called ROKA… The sushi was delicious and we had a very light meal as he knew what was expecting us later…
Then we went for Part 1 of the Harry Potter show… The Palace Theatre…fully booked… Amazing…
After the part 1, I took my husband to have tea… In England this is a tradition but this one was not a common tea… Hello Kitty Cafe is visiting London until September and we went for a Hello Kitty tea… My husby had a lot of fun eating scones and sandwiches with Hello Kitty faces on it…. We ate so much as everything was delicious…. My diet suffered horrendously….
Remember my psot about the cafe…

Then, another Part of Harry Potter, The Part 2… Again, although I am itching to tell you all about it… I won’t!! I do not want to go to Azkaban….
At 10:00 pm we left the theather and went for drinks with a good friend… Then to the comfortable bed of the Pelham hotel at South Kensington… First time I stayed there… Cosy, boutique, very comfortable… I recommend!!!
Hope you like the tips and if you try any of the above, let me know how you found it!!!
