The Paraiba Tourmaline was discovered in the 80’s in a hill in the Northeast of Brazil in a state called Paraiba… although some claim that the same stone has been found in Nigeria, the true Paraiba Tourmaline is only recognized as the one coming from Brazil. They are rare, exotic and very very beautiful.

There not many people authorised to deal with the Paraibas…so to buy the gem, make sure you go to trusted dealers…
