Cheesecake

I have a story in my past with Cheesecake. Until today a good friend of mine dreams about Mara’s cheesecake… never mind, good times…

I just love it…in any form, shape and size… Every time I think of it I visualise the vitrine of the cheesecake factory.

For those who have never been, cheesecake factory is a chain in the Unites States which the main course is the cheesecake. They serve meals and snacks but the star of the place is the cheesecake. They are in all forms, sizes and flavours… they have the Oreo cheesecake, the Godiva chocolate cheesecake, the strawberry cheesecake… my mouth is full of water… Recently I went to California and for my pleasure, there was a cheesecake factory just next door to my hotel. I must say that the scale was screaming out loud when I came back home, but as Oscar Wilde used to say, “I can resist everything, except temptation…”
